Fall River, Massachusetts, August 1892. Well-ordered Andrew Borden and his wife Abby are found dead in their home – murdered with an ax. The family’s youngest daughter, Lizzie Borden, is charged with the murder. The case is still unresolved and the bloody and mysterious story fascinates people even today. The story has inspired many books, movies, TV shows and – a musical!
LIZZIE is a rock musical with four strong female characters. It is a story filled with Gothic horror, romance and enthralling music. The music is inspired by the 1970s, 80s and 90s rock bands, such as The Runaways, Bikini Kill and Heart.
