The divertissement at the Nobel Banquet 2019 is created, arranged and conducted by Hans Ek.
This year’s theme is ”The Earth We Inherited” (”Jorden vi ärvde”), and Hans has arranged music based on both old and contemporary Swedish ballad tradition such as Bellman, Taube and Vreeswijk.
Lisa Nilsson and Magnus Carlson are the evening’s soloists, accompanied by the Swedish Chamber Orchestra.
The banquet and divertissement are live streamed on SVT Play from 7pm / 19.00 on December 10th.
